RG Laser Party Lights for a European Event Equipment Distributor

Project Background

A European event equipment distributor was expanding its catalog of compact lighting products for DJs, wedding planners, bars and small entertainment venues. The customer wanted a coordinated product range that could provide several visual effects while maintaining a consistent appearance, packaging format and operating method.

The products needed to be compact, easy to demonstrate, suitable for retail and rental channels, and available with private-label packaging.

Customer Requirements

The customer requested:

• Several lighting effects within one coordinated product family

• Red and green laser patterns for party and stage environments

• Sound-activated operation for music events

• Automatic programs for simple unattended use

• Remote control for convenient operation

• Compact aluminum housing

• Customized product labels and color boxes

• Clear model identification for distributors and end users

XINSHERN recommended the CLED-021 RG laser party projector series. The series contains four separate models, with each model combining 16 red and green laser patterns with one dedicated LED effect.

The available options included:

CLED-021A: LED snowflake effect plus RG laser

CLED-021B: LED strobe effect plus RG laser

CLED-021C: LED water-wave effect plus RG laser

CLED-021D: LED rotating magic-ball effect plus RG laser

This structure allowed the distributor to offer several visual styles without changing the basic product positioning or operating method.

Customization and Preparation

We worked with the customer to organize the four models as one coordinated product family. The customization plan included private-label product identification, unified packaging design, model labels and multilingual operating information.

Each model was clearly identified by its dedicated LED effect to prevent confusion during purchasing, warehousing and resale.
